Tonight we are having stuffed Peppers made in the crockpot! YUMYUM! As I was creating them I decided to make a little extra rice for the kids to have for lunch. So as I sat concocting these little suckers I got to thinking what I could put with the rice to make a yummy lunch. Here is what I came up with:
Rice
Spaghetti Sauce
Cheese
Cut up Hotdogs
Mix it all together and you got a easy healthy lunch!
My kids are devouring it as I speak! This is definately going to be added to our weekly lunches!
